Artist Talk at Harvard University

Honored to share that I’ve been invited to speak at Harvard University this coming April 28th as part of the US Afro-Latinx Studies Series hosted by the Committee on Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights.
This event is a space to reflect, share, and explore the intersections of Afro-Latinx artistic production, migration, race, and labor through visual art. I’ll be giving a talk on my work — both past and present — and the ways it engages with the complex, layered histories and narratives within Afro-Latinx communities.
Even more exciting: the event will include a public conversation with Professor Adriana Zavala, and informal gatherings with students and faculty to keep the dialogue going beyond the lecture hall.
Deep gratitude to Aitor Bouso-Gavín for the invitation, and to everyone helping make this series a reality. Can’t wait to connect, share, and listen with the Harvard community.
Hope to see many of you there, April 28th, at 12:00 pm.
